Do you care to treat yourself one day?  Orange is an amazing fruit rich with vitamins and minerals.  Growing up I would enjoy eating a lot of fruits as a child.  However, I never knew the value of them that I now know.  I will surely take advantage of this fruit. Here is a list of the benefits. They are as follows:

  • it has phytochemicals which protects one against cancer
  • it lowers your risk of having any disease. The reason for this is the vitamin C that it contains protects cells by neutralizing free radicals
  • the vitamin A that is present on this fruit is good for the eyes
  • orange alkalize the body
  • orange lowers cholesterol. The fibre that is present gives that support.

    This fruit is grown worldwide and with its numerous benefits, it should be on our tables.  Take a bite and experience the effectiveness.
